Monologue meaning: When an Artist looks at someone and deliver a dialogue to him but the Guy or audience who listen to the dialogue remains silent and has no dialogue. That’s why it is known as Monologue, Single conversation.
Why it is Dramatic?
Because it has some dramatic qualities Like Character, Plot, Speech.
